Order Processing

  • All items are made to order.

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after processing:

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unexpected events.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, Tracking is usually available via carriers like USPS, DHL, UPS.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Orders not delivered due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for refunds, reshipment, or replacements.

  • If the order is returned to us (rare), reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

  • Gold Star Legends is not responsible for lost, stolen, or severely delayed packages.

  • If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

  • These fees are not included in your order total.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because all items are made to order, we can only make changes within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders cannot be altered or canceled.
