Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Not Supported

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Customer ordered the wrong size
Customer chose the wrong color
Customer no longer wants the item
Order was not delivered due to incorrect or undeliverable address
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints that are slightly misaligned by up to 0.5 inch
Normal variations in color, placement, or print size that occur in custom production

These situations are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or free reprint.

Issues Eligible for Free Reprint

If there is a genuine issue with your order, we’re happy to fix it. You may qualify for a free reprint or Refund if any of the following apply:

The product arrived damaged
You received the wrong item
There is a printing issue (major off-placement, incorrect design, severe fading, etc.)
There is a manufacturing defect

To request a free reprint:

Report the issue within 14 days of receiving delivery
Email us at goldstarlegends@gmail.com
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the problem
- If multiple items have the same issue, show all items together in a single photo or video frame

Once approved, we will reprint and ship the replacement at no cost to you.

Important Notes

We do not issue refunds for eligible issues; we provide free reprints.
Claims submitted after 14 days cannot be honored.
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
